In the face of digitization and the need for efficiency in remote working, companies need modern software for business process management. And, Exact Software Poland is able to provide such flexible and comprehensive systems. We used integrated communication to strengthen the brand image in the market and support lead generation activities.

Strengthening the image of Exact Software Poland and increasing brand recognition in the ERP software and comprehensive project management systems market.
Our goal was effective communication, reaching decision makers with sales offers and acquiring leads. It was also a challenge to operate during the COVID-19 pandemic, when many investments were postponed.
what we did
Substantive in Social Media
In order to strengthen brand image and increase its recognition, we reinforced traditional Media Relations activities with digital tools: we started communication on LinkedIn – both through the company’s profile and as part of the Social Advocacy program.
Tailor-made performance measures
We also promote Exact products through Google ADS and optimize the website for SEO. In order to effectively reach decision-makers with sales offers, we implemented performance measures, including mailing campaigns.

the result
over the course of several months, we’ve been able to:
generate more than a hundred publications and obtain expert comments in key business media (e.g. Puls Biznesu), industry media (e.g. EuroLogistic) and IT media (e.g. CRN). We also gained 100 signups for two expert webinars. And, in a 6-month period, the total reach of publications on LinkedIn exceeded 50,000.
